  2. Enter your family name and your booking reference or ticket number, then click Rechercher to retrieve your reservation.
  3. Select your flight and passenger, then choose the excess baggage option (option bagage) for the extra weight or pieces you need.
  4. Complete payment to confirm the extra baggage on your booking.
  5. Keep the confirmation or updated itinerary; sMiles members can instead request a 10 kg excess baggage award at an Air Côte d'Ivoire agency up to the day of the flight.

Cabin: 1 bag plus 1 accessory, 10 kg total on the regional network, 12 kg in economy or 18 kg in First/Business on the international network.

Are there any important exceptions or restrictions I should know?

SMILES Diamond members carry 1 additional bag free of charge within their cabin allowance. Children paying 75% of the adult fare get the adult allowance, and infants under 2 get a 10 kg allowance plus a folding stroller, bassinet or car seat. sMiles excess baggage awards (10 kg, stackable 3 times) are valid for one one-way segment, are transferable to another person, cannot be combined with an award ticket, are valid 1 month from issue, and allow a single date change with no mileage refund after issue.
