  2. For special baggage (bicycles, sports gear) or pets in cabin, contact any EcoJet office or the contact center at least 48 hours before departure to reserve space.
  3. Present your baggage at the airport counter within the airline's check-in window with your ticket and any required forms (e.g. Live Animal in Cabin form, pet health and vaccination certificates).
  4. Pay the applicable Excess Baggage Fee, special-baggage charge or per-kilogram pet charge at the counter or office, and keep the payment receipt and updated baggage tag.
