Bags weighing 23-30 kg fall in the overweight band and bags measuring 158-203 cm fall in the oversized band; limits beyond 30 kg or 203 cm are not published.

The published tariff table covers only Almaty, Beijing and Erenhot. No excess tariff is published for other scheduled destinations such as Ordos, Manzhouli, Baotou or Murun — contact the airline for those routes. Carry-on size limits also differ by aircraft type (Embraer 190 vs 195-E2).
