FAQ

Can I buy extra baggage online after booking?

Yes. Book additional checked baggage and register sports equipment online via Manage My Booking on flymarabu.com using your booking reference and last name.

Where do I buy extra baggage?

Online in Manage My Booking (hosted on Condor's MyBooking engine), or at the airport at check-in or at the gate, where published zone-based fees apply.

How does the airline calculate extra baggage charges?

Airport fees depend on the flight zone (Zone 1: Balearics, Balkans, Croatia, Italy, mainland Portugal and mainland Spain; Zone 2: Canary Islands, Egypt, Greece) and on the booked fare. Online pre-book prices are shown only after retrieving the reservation, and advance booking gives the best rates.

How many extra bags can I buy, and what are the bag limits?

Any additional baggage can be checked in with the regular luggage. Each checked piece must not exceed 32 kg or 158 cm total dimensions. Cabin baggage is limited to 55 x 40 x 23 cm per large piece (8 kg total in Economy, 16 kg total in Business) plus one small personal item of max 40 x 30 x 15 cm.

Is it cheaper to buy extra baggage online in advance vs at the airport?

Yes, the airline recommends booking additional services in advance for the best rates. For example, excess cabin baggage costs €30 at check-in but €75 at the gate.

What are the overweight or oversized baggage rules?

Weight above the allowance costs €12 per kg in Zone 1 and €15 per kg in Zone 2; bulky items over 158 cm cost €100 per item. No checked piece may exceed 32 kg for safety reasons, regardless of the booked allowance.

Are there any important exceptions or restrictions I should know?

Economy Zero includes no checked or large cabin baggage (both bookable for a fee) and no free airport check-in. From 1 May 2027 the allowance changes to 1 x 23 kg in Economy Classic/Choice/Flex and 2 x 32 kg in Business. Infants get 10 kg except on Zero fares; strollers, buggies, baby beds and car seats (max two per child) travel free.
