- Give the agent your reservation details and the number and weight of the extra or overweight bags you want to take.
- Present yourself at the airline check-in counter at least 3 hours before a domestic flight with your bags.
- Have each bag weighed at the counter and confirm the excess charge shown by the agent.
- Pay the excess charge at the counter and keep the payment receipt with your boarding pass.
