What are the overweight or oversized baggage rules?

Bags of 23-32 kg pay $20 - $25 per kg per direction; bags over 158 cm total dimensions pay $100 - $115 per bag per direction. Both can apply to the same bag. These fees are charged at the airport on top of checked-bag fees and are capped at 2 pieces.

Do partner-operated or codeshare flights have different baggage rules?

For JetBlue interline reservations, Porter's policy applies when Porter operates the first departure and JetBlue's policy when JetBlue does; fees are collected one-way by the first-flight operator. Otherwise Porter generally honours the most significant international carrier's policy — check each airline on your itinerary.

Can I pay for extra baggage with cards, loyalty points, or miles?

Online you can pay by credit card (Amex, MC, Visa, UATP), Gift Certificate or Reservation Credit. At airport check-in and the gate only debit or credit is accepted — Porter is cash free. Prices display in CAD or USD by country edition, and airport fees are charged in local currency.

Can I get a refund for prepaid baggage if I cancel?
