- Go to vietjetqazaqstan.kz and open the "Manage Booking" (My Bookings) section.
- Retrieve your reservation with your booking reference and last name.
- Select "Add baggage" and choose the extra checked or carry-on baggage option you need.
- Complete payment online; the added baggage is reflected in your updated booking confirmation.
- If you cannot add baggage online, buy it at a Vietjet Qazaqstan sales office, via the call center at +7 727 356 1414, through the agency where you bought the ticket, or at the airport (TRANSAVIA ticket offices) during check-in.
