  1. Go to airjiangxi.com and open the prepaid baggage (预付费行李) entry, then log in with an Egret Club account when redirected.
  2. Retrieve the booking via My Orders (我的订单) or the booking-management entry and open Value-added Services – My Baggage (增值服务–我的行李).
  3. Select the flight segment and choose the prepaid weight amount.
  4. Confirm the order and complete cash payment online; the order takes effect immediately.
  5. At the airport, go to the check-in counter, show the purchase voucher or tell staff prepaid baggage was bought, and check the bags.
  6. To cancel before check-in, use My Orders – Value-added Services – My Baggage on the original purchase channel for a free refund.

Pieces of 32–45 kg or 203–300 cm need prior airline approval. If piece count, size and weight are all exceeded, charges accumulate.

Is it cheaper to buy extra baggage online in advance vs at the airport?

Prepaid baggage is discounted versus airport excess rates: any weight above the prepaid amount topped up at the airport is charged at full excess rates with no prepaid discount, and unused prepaid weight is not refunded in cash (multi-no-refund, shortfall top-up).

Do partner-operated or codeshare flights have different baggage rules?

Prepaid baggage cannot be bought for codeshare flights, only for RY-operated Jiangxi Air flights. Free allowance and excess rates on international/regional codeshare flights follow the codeshare agreement.
