How to Add Extra Baggage & Prices on Aurora Airlines

Buy Baggage

Go to flyaurora.ru and start a ticket purchase, or open "My Booking" (Order Search) if you already hold a ticket.
When the booking system offers extra baggage options, select the number of extra pieces you need.
Pay by bank card on the website no later than 3 hours before departure to get the 20% online discount on interregional and international flights.
Receive the payment e-receipt (electronic document) at the email address given in the booking.
If you cannot pay online, buy extra baggage at any Aurora agency, via the contact center at 8-800-250-4988, or at the departure airport when check-in opens.
For heavy baggage (over 30 kg up to 50 kg per piece) or oversized baggage (over 203 cm total dimensions), agree carriage with the airline in advance and pay the fee at the airport — these cannot be paid for through the website service.

The 20% website discount excludes subsidized flights within Sakhalin Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai and Primorsky Krai. On flights over 5 hours and on small-capacity aircraft, excess and oversized baggage may be limited and accepted only after check-in closes, subject to capacity. Khabarovsk – Anadyr is charged at RUB 375/kg and Magadan – Keperveem at RUB 350/kg.
