- Add extra baggage at the time of ticket purchase, or open Moi zakazy (My Orders) at nordstar.ru/booking/#/find/ and retrieve your booking with the booking reference and last name.
- Select the Prepaid Baggage option for the extra piece, choose the piece option shown, and complete payment; the charge is issued as an EMD receipt.
- Alternatively call the NordStar contact center at 8-800-700-8-007 or buy the service at the airport or a ticket agency before check-in closes.
- Keep the EMD receipt as proof of the prepaid service.
